Latest reviews of Cyclone - storm tracker app for iPhone and iPad
I downloaded this app because as a pilot weatherforecasts is a must. I only have the chance to see the past weather but can not manage to see forecast. I do not need 10 days forecast... for sure not... but at least I expected 8 hours. For me a useless app. Not even worth 1,79 EUR. Sorry. You are forced to give one Star... I only gave one to upload my experience. Not even worth one star.
Does not cover south half of Gulf and Caribbean.
There needs to be more enhancement of the cloud images to be more useful. It would be useful to have color scales for easier satellite interpretation.
I thought this app would show cloud coverage, but it stinks. The app was showing maps from two hours ago, which does me no good. And even that map was hard to tell whats really going on. I wish I had my $.99 back.
They should take this app out of the App Store. It provides no weather value at all. I cant believe cloud depictions can be that bad. Instead of a goes weather feed, they must be tapping into a iPod mounted in the sky. Resolution is horrible. Guys this cant represent NOAA, stop the insanity and please refund my money.
